Martin Wasserman, CEO and managing broker of Hudson Capital Realty, is a native to Miami Beach, FL. Martin received his Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance and received his Junior Doctor degree at the University of Miami. As an undergraduate, Martin devoted his curriculum to real estate business. As a law student, Martin devoted his curriculum to real estate law, including teaching a landlord – tenant workshop in his senior year.
As a practicing attorney for over 30 years, Martin has represented many developers, investors, landlords, and lenders. This representation starts before acquisition of the properties, continues through the operation and achievement of the client’s goals through the sale of the properties. Based on his legal background, Martin is able to advise his agents and clients of the pitfalls to be aware of and the proper path to achieve their goals. Capitalizing on his extensive real estate relations and broker network he built a practice where he is known as a deal maker.
Having been born into a real estate family, Martin has been involved in many facets of real estate his entire life. This started with mowing lawns and painting apartments in his youth. It continued with managing rental properties through college and law school. This evolved into condominium conversions, office building ownership, shopping center repositioning, residential home, rehabilitations, foreclosures and short sale purchases.
For several years, Martin was the owner of a local title company that served over 600 agents. At the title company, Martin received tremendous satisfaction assisting real estate agents with their transactions. Martin made himself available around the clock to answer any questions the agents may have had.
It is Martin’s goal to use his experience to provide individualized solutions to his clients and agents.
